Our office holds a spare set of keys for all of our residential rental properties. If you have locked yourself out of the property, we can supply you with our spare set of keys to let yourself back in but they must be returned by close of business on the same day.  If you lock yourself out out of business hours you will need to contact a locksmith to arrange access at your expense. You are not permitted to change the locks on your rental property without written approval.  If locks are changed you must provide us with a key.
Once your bond has been paid, it is lodged with Consumer & Business Affairs. This bond is held against any breaches of your tenancy agreement and should be refunded at the end of your tenancy pending the final inspection and any unpaid invoices. Consumer & Business Affairs will refund the bond monies directly into you bank account should you provide them with your details, otherwise they will send you a cheque.

We understand that items break or are damaged from time to time and encourage you to report these as soon as you can so we can arrange for them to be fixed/replaced.
